Charity

The Chicago Blade Runners launched in 2007 as a dedicated group to help amputees get back into running. They currently have more than 25 amputees as participants in events around the Chicago area. They have become a staple at 5K’s around the city and are thrilled to be the chosen charity for the Terrapin 5K. Your donations will help aspiring amputee runners get the running blades they need to get to the starting line.
