Participation Divisions

Age Groups: 16-19 years, 5 year age groups through 70+.

Packet Pickup

Packet pickup and late registrations will be held at:

• Sunday July 24th 11:00 am to 5:00 pm at Running Away Multisport Chicago 1634 W. North Ave.
• Tuesday July 26th 10:00 am to 6:30 pm at Running Away Multisport Chicago 1634 W. North Ave.
• Wednesday July 27th 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Running Away Multisport Deerfield 800 Waukegan Rd.

Race day packet pickup will only be available for our out-of-town participants from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. An out-of-town participant is anyone who lives more than 30 miles from Running Away Multisport Chicago & Deerfield.

You will receive an email confirming your out-of-town status with the details of packet pickup.

You may pick up packets of friends and family members, but ONLY on the dates listed above.

Parking

Gear Check

Will be available from 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm.  Any gear not picked up by 8:30 pm on race day will be transported to our main office at 800 Waukegan Rd Deerfield, IL. Items not claimed within 30 days will be donated to a local charity.

Timing

Terrapin 5K will be using the ChronoTrack disposable chip system. Each participant will receive a B-Tag attached to their race bib when they pick up their race materials at packet pickup. No bibs or B-Tags will be distributed on race day.

In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is…

• Clearly visible on the front of the torso
• Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
• Pinned in all four corners
• Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)
